Welcome to the Natrona County Sheriff’s Office

Employee Assistance Program.

The administration of NCSO has established a program to assist NCSO employees and their family members. Everyday stressors, as well as some of the unique stressors and difficulties involved in law enforcement work, can affect our lives and have a real impact on our well-being. We want to help provide resources so that NCSO staff members can quickly and conveniently, and in complete privacy, get in touch with a qualified provider who stands ready to assist with any emotional or psychological issue.

The Employee Assistance Program provides access to a network of specially selected mental health professionals practicing in Wyoming who have experience in assisting those with first responder duties and those who have experienced psychological trauma.

Between July 1st and June 30th of each year, NCSO employees will be provided with up to three hours of services annually at no cost to the employee. Family members are encouraged to access services with any of our providers employing their insurance benefits. You do not need a referral from anyone else, and you may remain anonymous. If you prefer to see your provider for longer than three meetings, you may use your health insurance to continue services.
